I have lived here for 3 years and going, I enjoy the property, I have never had any issues, management has been great. When I call for maintenance it is fixed right away. They are fixing the exterior of the apts which is great. I have never had issues with neighbors and my kids love being in the area

I would say that it is a decent place to live, however there are sometimes undesirable neighbors.

I would say I havent moved into my apartment yet, but already I feel at ease in the moving process because of the staff. I feel like I will love my new apartment! The property is beautiful and well kept, the staff is sincerely nice and friendly and the apartments feel like a home. The property was very quiet and peaceful!!!!

Foundation is going everything in my apartment is at an angle including the toilets. Keeps you on your guard! They are making some good improvements. I have resigned for another 12 months and I am hoping the second year is as good as the 1st.... I would recommend but only when they have a special. Market Value for the apartments is WAY TO HIGH!! I really wish they would not allow boats, box trucks and tow trucks takes up ALOT of parking spaces.

I've lived at Triden Village for 3 years. The neighbors have been quiet and the staff has been wonderful.

its a great location and im happy we found the Triden Village.

The prices are phenomenal and the staff are friendly.

For the most part i've enjoyed living here for the past 3 years, however my power has gone out over 10 times and the community's power has gone out at least 4. This is the reason I have decided to move. Triden Village is usually very quick about fixing this problem, and the 24 hour maintenance has always responded within the hour. I just cannot risk coming home to no power anymore.

I am very satiisfied . I've only been her a month 1/2 but so far so good.

I would have to say that it's a nice place to live if you're on a budget and certainly the best pick in the area. Buildings are falling apart, but on the plus side you get Sasha Kelsey and a great staff to help you while in need.

I would tell them it's a quiet place to live in, its safe. Maintenance is slow to response, but its ok.

I have lived here for four years now and enjoy the team. However, I feel that the complex needs to be upgraded overall (i.e. counter tops, flooring, etc). Additionally, the outside could be more appealing (i.e. railings, paint, etc.). Overall, I have enjoyed Triden Village greatly and look forward to upcoming changes.
